Support Saint Stephen Outreach Ministries on #GivingTuesday

The holiday season is approaching us and there will be many distractions that will take our focus off the real reason of the season. Before we get too wrapped up in the sales, long lines, gifts and holiday gatherings, let's make a commitment to do something that is really important.

This year, on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, St. Stephen A.M.E. Church is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving, by supporting our Community Outreach programs. Since its founding in 2012, #GivingTuesday has inspired giving around the world, resulting in greater donations, volunteer hours, and activities that bring about real change in communities.

Each week, we serve hundreds of families at our Soup Kitchen in order to address the injustices of hunger and poverty in Chicago. We provide 10,000 meals annually to families in the East Garfield Park community. On November 27th, help us to continue to provide for families during the holiday season. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the East Garfield Park community.
